I built this to digitize and manage informal laundry service networks using a structured, Uber-like model. The goal was to create a comprehensive platform that connects independent laundry service providers with customers while providing business management tools for service providers.

Independent mama fuas, cleaning companies, and HR teams hiring domestic help who need a digital platform to manage their services, bookings, and payments in a structured and efficient manner.

Building a white-label system that supports individual branding + payment routing; creating a platform that works for both individual service providers and larger cleaning companies; implementing secure payment processing and user management.
Successes Achieved
Finalized user roles (admin, client, mama fua), payout schedule, and branding strategy. Successfully designed a scalable architecture that can support both individual service providers and larger cleaning companies with different branding and payment requirements.
